★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio visa de reunión familiar hahaha15 semanas y así ayudan a las familias es una burla ese servicio tan deficiente supuestamente de 6 a 8 semanas mi proceso inició el 21 de diciembre de 2021 y hoy 5 de abril de 2022 nada no responden correo ni llamadas no dan razón de nada y son muy déspotas no les daría ni una sola estrella pero aquí no hay opción sin estrellas PESIMO
Terrible service family reunion visa hahaha 15 weeks and so they help families it's a joke that poor service supposedly from 6 to 8 weeks my process began on December 21, 2021 and today April 5, 2022 nothing they do not answer mail or calls no They give reason for nothing and they are very despotic I would not give them a single star but here there is no option without stars AWFUL

Pueden por favor contratar personas capaces de hablar correctamente y no con una papa en la boca, además estar especializada o al menos preparada para responder dudas. Tengo una duda y la señora al teléfono solo me dijo que lo colsutara en la página de internet que es lo único que tiene memorizado en su hueca cabeza, y aún diciéndole que ya había ingresado a la página es lo único que me respondía... Visité la página... Para que están laborando si cualquier duda te mandan a la página
The telephone service is disastrous. Can you please hire people capable of speaking correctly and not with a potato in their mouth, also be specialized or at least prepared to answer questions. I have a question and the lady on the phone just told me to check it out on the website, which is the only thing she has memorized in her hollow head, and even telling her that I had already entered the page is the only thing she answered me... I visited the page... What are they working for if you have any questions they send you to the page

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que contesta el teléfono es muy grosera, no tiene paciencia y tiene CERO empatía. Llevo 5 años viviendo en Alemania, tengo mi visa vigente pero extraviada y necesitaba noticias de un trámite urgente para saber si podía tomar mi vuelo y ella me respondió - "ve avisando en tu trabajo que no podrás viajar y que no sabes cuándo vas a poder regresar a Alemania".
Además, envié 6 correos para saber el estado de mi proceso (en 5 días) y no me contestaron. Mi novio alemán envió 1 correo y le contestaron en 24 horas y resolvieron mi caso.
Realmente decepcionada con el servicio de la embajada (aunque la persona que me atendió en ventanilla sí fue amable).
The person who answers the phone is very rude, has no patience and has ZERO empathy. I have been living in Germany for 5 years, I have my valid visa but I have lost it and I needed news of an urgent procedure to find out if I could take my flight and she answered me - "go telling your work that you will not be able to travel and that you do not know when you will be able to return to Germany."
In addition, I sent 6 emails to find out the status of my process (in 5 days) and they did not answer me. My German boyfriend sent 1 email and they answered him within 24 hours and solved my case.
Really disappointed with the embassy service (although the person who helped me at the window was kind).
