★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca responden el teléfono y cuando lo hacen fingen que no te escuchan y cierran la llamada, no responden correos, haces preguntas y no responden claramente dan respuestas vagas y si gana pésimo servicio de esta embajada parece que nadie la dirige!!!
 They never answer the phone and when they do they pretend they don't listen to you and close the call, they don't answer emails, you ask questions and they don't answer clearly, they give vague answers and if you win terrible service from this embassy it seems that nobody directs it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, hace 4 días se llamó para hacer trámite de pasaporte, vengo de lejos para hacer tramite de pasaporte y llego el lunes y dicen que ese trámite no se puede hacer el dia lunes, se le avisó a la recepcionista que me presentaría el día 1 de Julio lunes y no me comunico nada solo me dijo los requisitos y Ya, EL VIAJE FUE ENVALDE, UNO SE DA EL TIEMPO, DE VIAJAR ALA CIUDAD DE MEXICO PARA HACER ESTE TRAMITE, DINERO Y DE ENVALDE SE ME HACE INJUSTO.
CAPACITAR MAS A SU PERSONAL.
Pesimo, 4 days ago was called to passport, I come from afar to do passport processing and arrived on Monday and say that this procedure can not be done on Monday, you notified the receptionist that I would present on day 1 of July Monday and I do not communicate anything just told me the requirements and Ya, THE TRIP WAS PACKED, ONE GIVES TIME, TO TRAVEL TO THE CITY OF MEXICO TO MAKE THIS PROCESS, MONEY AND PACKAGING IS MADE UNFAIR.
TRAIN YOUR PERSONNEL MORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que horror de atención, en la puerta un cartel que informa la atención lunes, miércoles y viernes de 11 a 14 HRS, y solo podrán pasar dos personas como máximo, pero en realidad comienzan a atender después de las 12 del día, sólo una persona y la atención muy grosera.

If you have a relationship with Panama, it is beautiful to find people with whom to talk and be friends. It was really nice my visit and meeting staff from the embassy in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option for zero star that would be a proper evaluation. They never answer the phone, don't show up to work until 11.30 am (mind they only work until 1.30pm...). Avoid at all cost!
