¿Como voy a sacar cita sino atienden el teléfono?
Terrible service, I have been calling for weeks to have my doubts resolved and they do not, then I send them mail and they answered me only once and to top it off I went to the same consulate to have my questions answered and they did not let me pass because I need an appointment.
How am I going to make an appointment if they don't answer the phone?
