★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is super fast, it takes a little long to find appointments online but once you find it is super fast ans easy. We renewed a passport and were in and out in about 1 hr, it takes longer at the DHL office which you have to go to pay for the shipping of your passport but other than that great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had an unusual case, it was handled very professionally. I was very nervous about going. But everyone made me feel relaxed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted the embassy by phone (the urgent line) regarding my family that got stuck in Mexico due to the current situation in Ukraine, and they gave me a number of.... ta-dam.... "USCIS speech-enabled phone system answers general questions 24 hours a day". Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guards and people attending at the entrance are rude, do not speak of a word of English and have absolutely no idea of anything related to the Embassy. I would avoid them all together if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been a terrible experience as a US Citizen I fell totally denied of my rights. A simple passport renewal turned into a nightmare. I was told to fill out the DS82 format along with 2 pictures and cash to renew on site...and to bring on Thursdays from 1 -2 PM. After waiting in line until 1:15p (today 1/622) the person finally showed up to attend the US Citizens. When he attended me it was already 1:30P and said that the form wasnt correct because it didnt have a barcode showing. He also said I needed a copy of my passport (no where in any instructions was this mentioned). We quickly got both done and was there a 1:58 where he promply show the window when he saw I was arriving. When one of the guards contacted him he said he had told me I only had a half hour. If this is the tretament of US Citizens I can't imagine the treatment of others. I hope this is looked into to be able to provide US Citizens to proper respect and service we deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst embassy I've ever had to deal with. Their phone receptionists hang up the phone when they're tired of answering questions. I had to call back 6 times. A shame and a stain on the United States.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the us embassy is like a banana boat country embassy. i had requested an emergency passport renewal appointment where they where supposed to get back to me in 3 days its been 3 weeks and i havent heard anything. they give u the wrong forms, the wrong directions, if u ask for an english speaker they transfer u to a spanish speaker, they tell u they will send info to your email or phone and they dont. if these would b life or death emergencies we would all be dead.
