★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio e incompetencia de su personal. No respetaron el día de entrega, realizaron los bordados con diferente tipo de letra que pedí, y aún peor, sin mi consentimiento.
Terrible service and incompetence of its staff. They did not respect the day of delivery, they made the embroideries with different type of letters that I requested, and even worse, without my consent.

Bad service, the machine got stuck, it was badly embroidered and the logo was blamed. Ineptitude at its best.
