Good service from Dr. Brenda (gynecologist), Dr. Laura (dermatologist) and Dr. Ramses (ophthalmologist). Also at reception very friendly.

The girl at the reception is super moody, she takes good care of her when she wants other times on the phone, very rude, but very good in regard to the doctors.

Gynecologist Brenda excellent treatment and pediatrician David raises my children to me at the moment I recommend him 100% very successful in his consultations

Today I started two complaints, one with Conamed and another with the municipality of Zapopan towards Eugenia Sánchez who attends reception, and her brother, the administrator of this property for his terrible service and mistreatment of his clients. The situation was as follows: I made two appointments, one to the psychology service and the other to the gynecology service. Eugenia Sánchez called me to inform me of appointments at times and dates that I did not request. When I informed him that they were not the appointments he had requested, he told me that he had a recording of a call in which I made appointments on days and times that did not correspond to those he had requested, which bothered me a lot since it was his mistake and he was using the so-called call to not admit his mistake. All for not admitting an error in the agenda that they continually have! I also requested to communicate with the person in charge and they denied it, literally they gave me that they do not have to provide that information, since they are providing a service. In the end, I was informed through Eugenia Sánchez that the gynecology service would not be provided with Dr. Brenda Jiménez, with whom I had already had an appointment in 2020 and they told me that they would speak with the psychologist Cecilia Cuevas, who gives me service since May 2020 to confirm if he would continue to serve me. I insist, just for not accepting an error in the agenda! In the end they showed their arrogant way of running their business, it hurts that in Mexico they think that because it is a private business its operation is not regulated and its way of proceeding is evaluated, which falls into various crimes and consumer abuse.

The gin is good, the service is lousy, they made me wait more than 30 minutes on two appointments I went to, they canceled my appointments twice, they don't let your partner even go to one appointment to see the echo, better find something I better not go back there
