★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your time. I have been trying to schedule our whole family for texting since last Friday and was just told today they have nothing for this Friday or Saturday. I sent in two emails, one on 5-7 the second on 5-11 and called everyday because they told me I would receive a confirmation email. They even verified my email on 5-1 and told me they received it. I have called every day this week and today find out we can't get in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this hospital is racist. I came in to ask about Sea Urchin spike removal to a guy that spoke clear English. After telling him what I was looking for in English he then said “oh I don’t understand.” I told it to him in Spanish he then said “I’m booked for the day”. I then asked for another appointment he said “I’m book this entire month.”
IF YOU DON’T SERVE BLACK PEOPLE PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS IT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid testing for traveling- DON'T DO IT HERE. Test at 2pm, at 6 pm still no results. Returned to ask, they printed out a copy but nothign electronic. He said 10 minutes. But 40 later, still nothing on line logged in, or via email. Stressful, frustrating and requires multiple trips to acquire your results. 2nd star because they were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I got strep throat on the way to PV (i’ve had it many many times before, so I knew halfway thru the flight exactly what I was in for) I tried taking over the counter Amoxicillin and it got increasingly worse. Came in at 11 pm and I could barely swallow and it hurt to talk. The doctor and nurse took amazing care of me and made me feel safe in a different country. I can’t say nicer things about this establishment! Thank you for helping me enjoy the rest of my vacation ❤️
