Cuidan mucho los protocolos médicos, cuentan con muchas especialidades, tienen varios consultorios, tienen área de cirugía y habitaciones para internarse, hay laboratorio y sala de rayos X, no es un sanatorio Covid. Siempre está limpio y algunos doctores tienen horarios de atención variados, esto es que si por ejemplo la encargada del Sanatorio empieza las consultas a las 16;00 horas y no atiende por citas si no en el orden en que los pacientes llegan. Obviamente si un paciente llega a las 14:00 horas, le tocará esperar 2 horas. Las consultas oscilan entre $250 en medicina general y $500 en especialidades en promedio. La zona es un poco fea, pero el sanatorio es efectivo y los vecinos respetan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo creer que después de tantos años y tantas quejas, sigan las mismas malas recepcionistas en este lugar. Los médicos son amables, les gusta su profesión y no entiendo cómo por qué permiten ser cuestionados por estas señoras.
Un médico amablemente nos brindó servicio de revisión y cuando yo me estaba retirando la señora me dijo que si no iba a pagar. Lo bueno que el doctor estaba allí. Todavía le tuvo que explicar a la tipa ésta el por qué no iba a cobrarnos.
De verdad, si no las van a quitar, por lo menos que les den unas clases de atención al cliente.
I can't believe that after so many years and so many complaints, the same bad receptionists are still in this place. Doctors are friendly, they like their profession and I don't understand why they allow themselves to be questioned by these ladies.

En sí tiene doctores muy buenos en sus especialidades, salvo algunas excepciones; las enfermeras amables y atentas; los precios accesibles; pero en efecto, tiene problemas con su administración, además de una recepción completamente horrible. También dicen que las consultas tardan hasta 3 horas en espera, pero ¿Cómo no lo será, si hay montones de gente a diario y un personal médico muy demandado? Está justificado que las "urgencias" se atiendan con un poco de tardanza, así que recomiendo anticiparse si tienen urgencias.
Una sugerencia es que reajusten la recepción, una mejor ventilación que no vendría nada mal, y un nuevo personal y equipo médico. Pero en sí un muy buen hospital.
