★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emerson es una muy buena empresa para trabajar, saber de su historia (checar en su página principal) y ver cómo continúa expandiendo sus productos y servicios.
Comprender que varias empresas forman el gigante que es Emerson; es entender que el negocio evoluciona acelerado rumbo a la tecnología.
Realmente es contradictorio a como se gestiona al personal, políticas arcaicas y códigos obsoletos, lleno de estructuras burócratas que solo retrasan las innovaciones en modos de trabajo. El proceso de reclutamiento es bueno pero no volví a ver al personal de RRHH hasta mi baja.
Las cargas de trabajo son muy grandes, por lo mismo de que es una gran organización.
Agradezco mucho la oportunidad de haber formado parte de Emerson y lo mucho que me hicieron crecer como profesionista.
Emerson is a very good company to work for, learn about their history (check their home page) and see how they continue to expand their products and services.
Understand that various companies make up the giant that is Emerson; is to understand that the business evolves rapidly towards technology.
It really is contradictory to how people are managed, archaic policies and outdated codes, full of bureaucratic structures that only delay innovations in ways of working. The recruiting process is good but I didn't see the HR staff again until my discharge.
The workloads are very large, for the same reason that it is a large organization.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of Emerson and how much they made me grow as a professional.
