★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A veces el personal no son muy amable y eficaz, siempre andan con malas caras, y si tienes alguna duda no te lo resuelven como debería ser, responden no como profesionales, hay otros bancos de BBVA en otro lugares que es agradable llegar, pero definitivamente el de Zapata no.
Sometimes the staff are not very friendly and efficient, they always have a bad face, and if you have any questions they do not solve it as it should be, they respond not as professionals, there are other BBVA banks in other places that it is nice to get to, but definitely Zapata's does not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal deja mucho que desear no son congruentes al responder y son altaneros y groseras en especial en el area de cajas, no te resuelven tus dudas, nunca hay dinero para cobrar, el ejecutivo está ocupado generando créditos y tardan en atenderte, siendo que uno tambien es cliente, deberían mejorar en muchos aspectos. Gracias.
