Anteriormente he comprado vestidos en Emma en otras dos sucursales y el personal es super amable. Estas personas están con el afán de no vender y les pueden arruinar su negocio y es una lástima por qué los vestidos son hermosos.
 The horrendous service, the lady who attended me very reluctantly, just repeated that I did not have and did not give me another solution. I have previously bought dresses in Emma at two other branches and the staff is super friendly. These people are eager to not sell and can ruin their business and it is a shame why the dresses are beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Ojalá el personal tuviera algo de preparación, gusto por las ventas, o respeto a los clientes. Fui hace un par de días, me probé 2 vestidos y cuando la vendedora (cuyo nombre ni siquiera me dijo), me preguntó por la fecha de mi evento, me dijo "ay no, falta mucho" y se fue caminando dándome la espalda. ¿O sea? ¿Cómo? Una capacitación no les vendría mal. Cero modales, cero educación, qué tristeza.
Terrible attention. I wish the staff had some training, a taste for sales, or respect for customers. I went a couple of days ago, I tried on 2 dresses and when the saleswoman (whose name she didn't even tell me), asked me for the date of my event, she said "oh no, it's a long time" and walked away with her back to me. I mean? How? Some training wouldn't hurt. Zero manners, zero education, how sad.

Si entran en Google y buscan Emma Novias largos, aparece el catálogo de vestidos y ya te das una idea de lo que buscas, pues así colgados no se aprecian mucho. Mi calificación es un 100 para este lugar.
