★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delectable and original fusion food with a strong european influence. The restaurant is located in a home turned into a warm and inviting dinning place. Service was also superb.
I believe that this new restaurant is a well hidden gem due to its location west of Ajijic but well worth the very short trip.
I consider this restaurant as a very serious contender for being the best one in Ajijic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, I had no idea I would find some of the finest cuisine in the world in this Mexican backwater. (I said backwater for effect; actually Ajijic is a culturally rich and vibrant modern town.). The American fusion menu is simple but each selection is at the top of it's class. You could not ask for a better presentation of delicious, healthy food with unexpected but delectable flavors. The chef, Emmanuel, deserves international recognition!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the great restaurants in Lakeside, Emmanuel's kitchen is the BEST! Chef Emmanuel is exceptional and the items on his menu, which change weekly are delicious. It is truly a fine dining experience in a casual, comfortable atmosphere with friendly attentive service. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
