★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos una pésima experiencia, los trabajadores me hicieron bajar yo misma mis productos ya que el señor dijo que "no era su trabajo" . Pará poner las persianas hicieron hoyos de más y no los taparon por que "no era su trabajo". Las persianas dejan pasar la luz ya que no están bien colocadas y muchos meses estuvieron diciéndome solo que ya iban a arreglar eso y llevó 2 años y sigo esperando. Los precios son altos para lo que ofrecen. No resuelven nada de lo que hacen mal y te dan largas. No es recomendable lamentablemente
We had a terrible experience, the workers made me download my products myself since the man said that "it was not his job." To put the blinds they made too many holes and did not cover them because "it was not their job." The blinds let in the light since they are not well placed and for many months they were just telling me that they were going to fix that and it took 2 years and I am still waiting. The prices are high for what they offer. They do not solve anything that they do wrong and they put you off. It is not recommended unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda muy mala, no la recomiendo ya que llevo casi 5 meses sin recibir una persiana solo me traen a pura vuelta y los asesores de venta, la tienda física y los que son segun los jefes no te dan solucion, dicen q están en junta o que se les perdió el teléfono y por eso ya no te contactan y dejan de dar seguimiento, necesito la cancelación del pedido y q me regresen o bonifinquen lo que ya compre y jamas me llego, Flor, Laura y Gustavo Vargas no me responden y no me dan solucion, soy de Real Segovia y tengo que estar buscandolos por llamadas o acudiendo a la tienda a solictar apoyo y parece que me están haciendo un favor al exigír algo que por derecho me corresponde y el que me den una solución de inmediato!
Muy mal servicio de parte de tus asesores Emobel, deberías de echar ojo internamente a tus empleados no saben hacer su trabajo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola está tienda es muy mala llevo meses intentantando que me resuelvan ya que la moto que cambie con lo que me vendieron no me deja emplacar y no me dan una solución contacte con una señorita que se llama flor de ahí con un caballero llamado Gustavo Vargas y no me dan solución e intentado ver con quién puedo tratar que sea serio por qué yo compré más no pedí regalado si leen esto porfavor quien me puede ayudar
