DO NOT GO HERE! Obviously Rigged and they make you get a "players club" card to play and then immediately give your personal info to scammers. My phone has not stopped with texts and calls, all stemming from going to this place. Dealer was even taking my money on hands that I won, caught her several times. I would give 0 stars if I could!

Americans beware. I played the Wheel of Fortune slot machine for over two hours winning many jackpots. The machine was hot. Several spins of the wheel and it showed peso’s on the wheel (winning many thousands of pesos) and converted to USD on the screen. When I went to cash out, they told me my winnings were in pesos, not USD. I started with $60 and ended with $65. I should have winnings of $1,300 USD but no one would listen. I would have liked to ask them to audit the machine but they blew me off. Stay away from this place. I keep thinking I should have called the police but without speaking Spanish I’m not sure it would have helped. —- I was in the high roller room betting $12.50 each spin. There is no way that was in pesos!

I do not recommend this casino especially to tourists. Firstly, the staff are incredibly rude and when you highlight it to a supervisor they do not care. If you need a restroom break and you are sitting at a table, your seat will not be saved. Really ??? Secondly, their drinks are spiked. I felt dizzy after 2 sips of a gin and tonic. That was my 1st drink of the day. The safest drink to get is a spring water when you order it from the bar. Good luck getting anything else. If you are a tourist go to the WinClub Casino. There is one downtown near the beach and another by the airport/ Marina area. Drinks and food if you are playing at the tables at Winclub is free. The quality of food and drinks at Winclub is amazing. The staff are very professional and the WinClub Casino as a whole is as you would expect in US or Canada. STAY AWAY FROM CASINO LIFE especially the one in Galerias Vallarta.

As a person who loves to gamble it was a little weird. Had to give my ID, they give you a card, you have to load in order to play. Wasn’t just a go in and toss some cash in, was a process to deal with. Played about 500 pesos and had no luck. Clean, staff were friendly, good atmosphere, if I wasn’t pressed for time I would have played a little longer. Worth checking it out if you like to gamble.

Whatever you do, don't drink when playing blackjack. The dealer, multiple times tried taking my chips when I had better cards than her. She thought I was drunk maybe. They try to deal the cards very quickly, and take your chips even when you win hoping their speed will ensure you don't notice. When you drink, you are less likely to notice. Baaaddddd Casino. There are other casinos I think in PV. Never been to any other one. So cannot recommend any others. But you are better off trying a different Casino. It's no fun being cheated and getting angry about it.
