★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención telefónica es mala, yo quise comprarles periódicamente cajas de sobre burbuja pero siempre habian detallitos que complicaban mi compra. La última vez que traté de comprar varias cajas, me dijeron que se pondrían en contacto conmigo, que esperara su mensaje. Cosa que no ocurrió. A pesar de que estoy en la misma ciudad que esta empresa, prefiero pedir mis sobres en Monterrey. Parece que te hacen un favor. NO RECOMENDABLES.
The telephone service is bad, I periodically wanted to buy bubble envelope boxes from them but there were always little details that complicated my purchase. The last time I tried to buy multiple boxes, they told me they would contact me, to wait for their message. Which didn't happen. Even though I'm in the same city as this company, I prefer to order my envelopes in Monterrey. Looks like they're doing you a favor. NOT RECOMMENDED.
