★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, jamás volvería a ir ni tampoco lo recomiendo a nadie. Les envié mi tesis para imprimir pero no siguieron ninguna de las características que les di, no respetaron ni el color ni el formato que debía llevar. Me cobraron muy caro, tuve que ir por segunda vez para que arreglaran los errores, y nuevamente se equivocaron (con faltas de ortografía en el lomo). Finalmente fui tres veces y quedó horrible, pues ni siquiera se dieron el tiempo de arreglar sus errores, sino que intentaron camuflarlo escribiendo encima. El resultado: una tesis estéticamente fea, un precio carísimo que no vale y una pérdida de tiempo que nadie me va a regresar.
Terrible, I would never go again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I sent them my thesis to print but they did not follow any of the characteristics that I gave them, they did not respect the color or the format that it should have. They charged me dearly, I had to go a second time to fix the mistakes, and they were wrong again (with misspellings on the spine). Finally I went three times and it was horrible, because they did not even take the time to fix their errors, but they tried to camouflage it by writing over it. The result: an aesthetically ugly thesis, a very expensive price that is not worth it and a waste of time that nobody will return to me.
