★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio al cliente de verdad que no puedo creer que contraten personal con esa actitud, me (mal) "atendió" un chica que su actitud era de apatía total por el cliente y el trabajo parecía que me estaba haciendo un honor en estar ahí con su nefasta presencia ya que yo estaba interesado en adquirir un teléfono móvil pero la verdad solo hice un coraje y salí en dirección hacia la otra casa de empeño que esta en frente la cual tiene mucho mejor atención y respeto a los clientes
QUE MAL POR EZPAWN ANTES ERA BUENO AHORA YA NO, YO NO LES RECOMIENDO NI SIQUIERA IR A PARARSE AHÍ ????
 What a bad customer service I really can not believe they hire staff with that attitude, I (badly) "attended" a girl whose attitude was total apathy for the client and the job seemed to be doing me an honor to be there with its disastrous presence since I was interested in acquiring a mobile phone but the truth is that I only made a courage and left in the direction of the other pawnshop that is in front which has much better attention and respect to the clients
THAT BAD FOR EZPAWN BEFORE IT WAS GOOD NOW, NO LONGER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, NEVER GO TO STOP THERE ????

El lugar está horrible y parece que te van a asaltar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí temprano y estaban limpiando, aún así me atendieron de una forma amable y respetuosa, me guiaron y explicaron de un forma clara y detalla el proceso para empeñar un artículo, lo probaron y valuaron de una manera muy profesional y en todo momento fueron amables y respetuosos.
I went early and they were cleaning, even so they treated me in a kind and respectful way, they guided me and explained in a clear way and detailed the process to pawn an item, they tested it and valued it in a very professional way and at all times they were kind and respectful
