★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, si llevas algo "caro" no te lo aceptan o te dan poco $. Aparte quieren siempre comprarte tu prenda aunque la quieras empeñar.
Deberían capacitar a los empleados así como darle mantenimiento a sus instalaciones ya que están sucias.

A diferencia de otras casas de empeño lo único malo es que su interés está un poco alto. Y lo segundo malo es que si se pasa del día de refrendo y desea sacar su artículo no se puede y hay que volver a refrendar. A diferencia de otras que se pasa uno y paga los intereses acumulados y se puede traer el artículo..
Lo demás creo está bien. A mí en lo personal pues eh tenido varias cosas ahí su atención muy buena. Pues deben de tratar a uno con respeto. Y de buena gana. Ese depende que uno regrese.
