Pésima atención a clientes en las compras en línea. Si vas a comprar en línea, casi te aseguro que no habrá ni reembolsos ni atención apropiada. Llevo casi 1 mes esperando el reembolso de un producto que no quiero y nada. La cancelación del producto la realicé 15 minutos después de la compra al haberme dado cuenta que no era lo que deseaba comprar, no les importo y solo me dieron la larga del "reembolso de 10 días".
0 recomendables este tipo de marcas nuevas y "bonitas" de productos cosméticos que tratan de lo peor a sus consumidores.

Bad customer service in online purchases. If you are going to shop online, I almost assure you that there will be no refunds or proper care. I've been waiting almost 1 month for a refund of a product I do not want and nothing. The cancellation of the product I made 15 minutes after the purchase to have realized that it was not what I wanted to buy, do not care and only gave me the long "10 day refund".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ resulta que pedi 2 pomadas Layrite, confirmado el envio y todo pero al tratar de rastrearlo en FedEx resulta que ni lo habian enviado y no habia producto en inventario, segun esta semana del 22 de Enero llegaba pero aun no tengo noticias, voy a tener que cancelar esto y solicitar el reembolso.
