En época de lluvia se notan las goteras y colocan cubetas. En cuanto a limpieza siempre está al pendiente la señora del aseo. En cuanto a instructores podrían estar al pendiente de que hagas la rutina correctamente aunque no estén contigo todo el tiempo sin embargo se quedan más tiempo sólo con ciertos usuarios y olvidan al resto. Aún con ésto que comparto recordemos que los cambios físicos y de salud esperados para asistir a un gimnasio dependen de uno como usuario este solo es un lugar para entrenar y podría ser una alternativa a donde asistir. Mejor que pongan una lista de Spotify para eso. Por otro lado nunca se sabe si las pesas están en Kg o en Lbs, deberían etiquetarlas. El día cuesta $50 y la mensualidad es parecida a un smartfirt normal. The music is too loud, even with headphones it's impossible. The playlist is for crying, reggeton all day. Better put a Spotify list for that. On the other hand you never know if the weights are in Kg or Lbs, they should label them. The day costs $50 and the monthly payment is similar to a normal smartfirt.
V	Viridiana Martínez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para entrenar, es concurrido pero hay horarios en que no encuentras tanta gente, podrían mejorar la distribución de los aparatos para poder realizar las rutinas de mejor manera, comenzaron con clases matutinas y nocturnas y es un plus para nuestros entrenamientos. Además, el género que ponen no es precisamente el que más aliente a hacer ejercicio, por el contrario, hasta uno rinde menos. No digo que deberían cambiar de música o no poner música, sino que MODEREN EL VOLUMEN DE LA MÚSICA. Por otra parte, el baño huele muuuuuuuy mal, el olor a caño es muy fuerte y siempre está muy sucio porque hay agua estancada. Además, hay muchas goteras. Imposible ejercitarse adecuadamente en esas condiciones. NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!!! The music is very loud, so loud that I can hear it even with my headphones on. Nos recomendaron rutinas interesantes que poco a poco espero den resultados. No es.muy caro y puedes entrenar en cualquier gimnasio de la franquicia si tienes tu token. Las rutas que circulan sobre la 9 y la 13 son los transportes más cercanos. I improve the service. You could say I give it 8/10. Even the street looks more guarded. Deberían distinguirse más los entrenadores por q no hay a quien pedir ayuda . Not very suited for any free weight exercises done on the floor due to lack of floor space (though some gyms are much worse and there is a rack for squats etc). There's a real lack of smaller weight plates. I found only a single pair of five kg weights. No space for stretching or floor exercises.
