Llevaba casi dos años llegando muy auto a servicio ahí y la última vez fue terrible, me hicieron algo que no era el servicio, después me llaman para decirme que mi batería estaba vieja y que había que cambiarla siendo que ellos mismos pusieron el cambio 4 meses atrás, terminaron quedándose mi auto dos días por los errores ??♀️
 disappointed. I had been coming to a service there for almost two years and the last time was terrible, they did something to me that was not the service, then they called me to tell me that my battery was old and that it had to be changed since they themselves put the change 4 months behind, they ended up keeping my car for two days because of the mistakes ??♀️

Te atienden bien, pero solo por que no saben como ayudarte.
NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO.
You require support from them for a unit that they sold and all they do is tell you that they have already signed a compliance agreement and that they can no longer do anything.
They treat you well, but only because they don't know how to help you.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable el servicio, te hacen esperar pese a que los agentes no están ocupados. La señorita Cristina de La Cruz nos atendió deficientemente. Le solicitamos fotos de los avances y siempre nos decía que estaba comiendo o no estaba en el lugar, al solicitar otra opinión se molestó y nos empezó a tratar agresivamente. Nos cambiaron tres veces la fecha de entrega. Y entregaron el carro con un mal acabado, la pintura se veía escurrida y obviamente ya estaba seca. Nada profesional el trabajo.
The service is unfortunate, they make you wait even though the agents are not busy. Miss Cristina de La Cruz treated us poorly. We asked him for photos of the progress and he always told us that he was eating or was not in the place, when asking for another opinion he got upset and began to treat us aggressively. They changed the delivery date three times. And they delivered the car with a poor finish, the paint looked drained and obviously it was already dry. Nothing professional about the job.
