Llegamos a medio día, el agua estaba helada, pedimos que prendieran los filtros y nos dijeron que no se podía. No disfrutamos la alberca pésimo servicio . Además no ofrecen papel de baño, jabón ni bolsas de basura.
When booking we asked if the water had a heater; They mentioned no, but that turning on the filters warmed up a bit. We arrived at noon, the water was freezing, we asked for the filters to be turned on and they told us that it was not possible. We did not enjoy the lousy pool service. They also do not offer toilet paper, soap or garbage bags.
