Tuve que estar comunicándome yo' mil veces para preguntar sobre mi pedido ya que olvidaban marcarme. Pedí 9 artículos, los cuales pagué en su momento y hasta la fecha no me han llegado. Hoy quedaron de marcarme a las 12 y otra vez olvidaron marcarme... Acabo de llamar para mejor CANCELAR MI PEDIDO y me dicen que está ocupada la persona encargada de seguimiento a pedidos... Creo que tardarán demasiado también para que procedan a mi cancelación...Tendré que estar llamando otra vez para darle seguimiento ahora a mi cancelación y a mi reembolso....
I do not recommend it. Bad experience. Bad customer service, they do not follow up on your orders or complaints. I had to be communicating myself a thousand times to ask about my order since they forgot to mark me. I ordered 9 items, which I paid for at the time and have not reached me to date. Today they left to dial me at 12 o'clock and again they forgot to dial me ... I just called to better CANCEL MY ORDER and they tell me that the person in charge of tracking orders is busy ... I think it will take too long for them to proceed with my cancellation. ... I will have to be calling again to follow up now on my cancellation and my refund ...
