Hice el pedido, lo cancelaron y ya estaba pagado en tarjeta, me dijeron que harían reembolso dije que no, que les hacia otro pedido del mismo monto porque ya la habían aplicado igual, hice el otro pedido y me dijo que el pago lo aplicara en efectivo, lo hice.
Y ahora mi esposo checo la tarjeta y le falta el doble del monto del pedido, osea que me cobraron el primer pedido más el segundo que yo aplique en efectivo.
Esperen denuncia ante la PROFECO.
