★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene espacio para 100 o 150 personas, el costo beneficio de rentar este lugar es bueno ya que puede incluir el mobiliario. Tiene un domo alto que ayuda mucho para evitar el sol directo y que se encierre el calor, cuenta con área de juegos para niños y rockola incluida (no tiene la mejor acústica pero es un buen extra). Como tal no tiene acceso para personas en sillas de ruedas, tienes que abrir el portón para que puedan accesar ya que la entrada principal tiene escalones altos, el acceso al baño es muy angosto y también tiene escalones. Sólo cuenta con un baño para hombres y uno para mujeres. Cuenta con cocineta básica. Es un recinto pequeño-mediano por lo que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, recomiendo rentar este lugar en sábado si deseas que tus invitados no tengan inconvenientes para estacionar los autos ya que los domingos esa área es muy concurrida por las personas que asisten al templo de la esquina; los viernes también son muy concurridos en la mañana-tarde porque se pone un tianguis cerca del lugar.
The place has space for 100 or 150 people, the cost benefit of renting this place is good since it can include furniture. It has a high dome that helps a lot to avoid the direct sun and that the heat is enclosed, it has a playground for children and rockola included (it does not have the best acoustics but it is a good extra). As such it does not have access for people in wheelchairs, you have to open the gate so that they can access since the main entrance has high steps, access to the bathroom is very narrow and also has steps. It only has a bathroom for men and one for women. It has a basic kitchenette. It is a small-medium enclosure so it does not have its own parking, I recommend renting this place on Saturday if you want your guests to have no problems parking the cars since on Sundays that area is very crowded by people attending the temple of the corner; Fridays are also very busy in the morning-afternoon because a tianguis is placed near the place.
