★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful beautiful sales office!! Us and our three friends were greeted the minute we walked in the door and offered water, soda or a beer. The agent who greeted us was Scott and he was very cordial and happy to show us all that they were doing. They have a live camera on the condo buildings that are going up so you can see the progress that is being made daily. We were then shown the unit model of a two bedroom condo. It is beautifully staged and they use high quality finishes, floors, counters and appliances in their units, very impressive. The large balcony goes across the full width of the unit giving you ocean views out of both bedrooms and the living room. Our friends were amazed at the beauty of this unit. Perhaps they will buy. It is worth stopping and taking the tour and there is no high pressure selling. ?????
