Súper clean, beautiful hotel in the charming town of Mascota. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This was a wonderful vacation trip to my town of Mascota. Even though I live in the US now, coming to my town and staying at such a beautiful hotel was a wonderful experience. I will always stay here when I come and visit. It’s a family own and operated hotel the service is outstanding, 5 start hotel service. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms stay warm in the winter and cool when its hot outside. The water pressure is like none other in Mascota which is usually an issue, not here. You’ll always have hot water. They have delicious coffee, and a couple sweet cookies and baked goods in the morning, all complementary. They can make you breakfast if you order it. But the coffee station is very pleasing every single morning. The staff keeps the rooms spotless and the towels and sheets are soft. The location is great, the town’s top restaurant called El Tapanco is right across from the hotel. The food was delicious. But there’s plenty of delicious taco stands near by and the plaza is a few minutes away on foot. There’s a local super market also walking distance. This hotel is a beautiful looking hacienda like no other in Mascota. It really is beautiful, we stayed for Christmas and even their fountain by the entrance was beautifully decorated.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday, I absolutely love this hotel. It's the newest hotel in town, its obvious that the hotel was designed with attention to detail, every fixture was selected carefully with good taste using local vendors. I fell in love with the garden area, for its strong WiFi and ambiance. This place is a hidden gem, I highly recommend to anyone who loves a nice strong shower with regulated valves(perfect temperature), a very comfortable bed/bedding and warm welcoming staff.

We loved this super clean, hacienda-style hotel with friendly, bilingual staff and gorgeous gardens. Perfect for a quiet getaway. A short, pleasant walk to the central plaza. Prices are excellent.

Owner's Dream Hotel. Inside Court yard feel like Heaven. Hotel full of traditional and beautiful details. Excellent Customer Service. Close to everything. Free Plenty Parking. Nice historic Town. We enjoyed and recommend for others. We stayed 1 night during our travel from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta. We will visit again.

Fantastic family owned boutique hotel. Absolutely spotless with comfortable beds, great shower and an incredible garden. Cristina checked us in and was fantastic. Also no charge for well behaved dogs.
