Encanto Vacations - 83550 Puerto Peñasco

The experience was excellent. Five stars for everything. The accommodations spectacular. 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen had marble counters with dishwasher, microwave and electric stove top. Seemed like 2000 square feet of living space. Amenities include swimming pools, hot tub, water fall and infinity pool. Families are welcomed including couples. Only drawback was a 20 minute drive to the town of Puerto Penasco .

Beautiful department with everything, the kitchen is equipped for cooking, so if I recommend you bring the detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher, if you go for a couple of days it is better to take your products for cookin and coffee, so you don't need that you shop more,because the closer store is 30 min away, and the road is not very good, but the place is beautiful when you get there you no longer want to move, just enjoy the sea and the beautiful view that all the apartments have from the balcony facing the sea., 100% recommend.

Nice quiet place for a weekend getaway. Rooms are spacious but they are very strict when it comes to number of occupants. I would suggest you buy some groceries before going to encanto. They just have a mini gift shop, very minimal items. Pool was good and jacuzzi was a blast since it's kinda cold already. It's also cool that you can also go to Grand Mayan and experience their amenities.

The suites are very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were clean with a very homey feel. The bathrooms have a nice private shower, a private toilet and the closet inside the restroom area. The water temperature could have been better as the hot water was barely warm. The beach is just right there without other people on the beach other than the hotel guests, so if you want privacy, you definitely get that. The pools were very clean and the water was warm. The jacuzzi water was barely warm, so that needs improvement as well. The hotel is very far from the city, but that is good for those that want privacy. The check-in was somewhat difficult since the security guard is the one that checks you in. The staff was very friendly and they try really hard to make your stay pleasant. Final: Would recommend for privacy, hotel staff and security. Also the beach is super clean. If you want to be close to the city and dont like the drive, then this one might not be good for you.

Absolutely beautiful condos with great views. As nice as any luxury resort I've stayed in but much more reasonably priced. Very quiet and beautiful beach safe for swimming.. Town is about 25 minutes away for groceries. No onsight restaurant or bar, but has access to a large resort nearby for this. Nice pools and Jacuzzis. But the best part of all was the Kivoya management company, who went way beyond the call of duty to help us when we had car troubles on the way out of town! Thank you Alma, Carmen and Edoardo for everything!

This place was absolutely beautiful! Amazing views, beautiful warm ocean to look at from the bed, and 2 jacuzzi tubs in the room. The only downside was when booked through Booking.com, the description said includes access to the Mayan Castle resort. Which we had access, but it was about a 10 min drive away, we thought it would be in walking distance. There is no stores or gas station near here so make sure you get any and all necessities before you arrive. The place was quite difficult to find, we went to 3 different places before we finally ended up here at around 9pm. After finally finding it and actually being able to eat the next day, since everything was closed once we arrived, it was a nice trip. Would stay here again, but just need to come prepared with food and drinks so you don’t need to leave.

We went to visit family and friends and had the best food poolside!

The perfect paradise away from home! Beautiful beaches wonderful people excellent amenities!!! Couldn't find a better place in Rocky Point that combines peace and quiet with the luxury of resort style living as well.
