Van fritas en manteca de cerdo. Y van acompañadas de un trozo de cecina. Los precios son muy accesibles. La idea nace de una familia de Rioverde que se vino a vivir a San Luis Potosí y decidieron poner en alto el plato típico de Rioverde y lo lograron. Es atendido pos sus propietarios. El dueño muy amable y platicador. En sabor le doy 8.5 en una escala de 1 al 10. El lugar esta limpio. Complicado el estacionamiento. No hay baños. Habren de viernes a domingo.
This small inn offers Rio Verdean enchiladas, they are made by a small red tortilla (as if it were for a Potosina enchilada) with potatoes, chorizo, repillo and cheese. They are fried in lard. And they are accompanied by a piece of jerky. Prices are very affordable. The idea was born from a family from Rioverde who came to live in San Luis Potosí and decided to put up the typical Rioverde dish and they succeeded. It is cared for by its owners. The owner is very friendly and talkative. In flavor I give it 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The place is clean. Complicated parking. There are no toilets. They will be open from Friday to Sunday.
