★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora Eva hace las mejores enchiladas potosinas. El queso es auténtico ranchero y está muy bien guisado con tomate y chile, como debe ser (son un poco más picosas que las enchiladas promedio). Ella sólo las hace los sábados o sobre pedido. Lo mejor es ir ahí y comer unas cuantas enchiladas recién hechas, y llevarte un paquete para freír en la semana. Tanto recalentadas en comal, como fritas, son deliciosas y realmente las más ricas que he probado por el sabor casero que tienen. Las recomiendo también para llevar a otros lugares congeladas.
 Mrs. Eva makes the best potash enchiladas. The cheese is authentic ranchero and is very well stewed with tomato and chili, as it should be (they are a little spicier than the average enchiladas). She only does them on Saturdays or on request. It is best to go there and eat a few freshly made enchiladas, and take a package to fry for the week. Both reheated on comal and fried are delicious and really the richest I've ever tasted for the homemade flavor they have. I also recommend them to take to other frozen places.
