★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 3 meses esperando que cancelen mi servicio nadi contesta el callcenter, ni chat y en los correos solo que alguien se pone en contacto!! Que pasa con su servicio, quiero la devolución de mi dinero ya que no hicieron nada de lo que contrate.
Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, No revisan ni tus pagos ni tu situacion fiscal solo cargan información en un software que no revisan. Si un año fiscal ya prescribió y ademas si ya esta pagado, de todos modos te dicen que tienes que pagar, cuando no es así. Son mezquinos, con tal de no regresar dinero por su incompetencia te entregan por entregar, Si la información viene con otra razón social que no es la tuya,l no les importa te la hacen llegar de ese modo. NO LOS CONTRATEN.
 Terrible service, they do not review your payments or your tax situation, they only load information in a software that they do not review. If a fiscal year has already expired and also if it has already been paid, they still tell you that you have to pay, when it is not. They are petty, as long as they don't return money because of their incompetence, they give you to deliver, If the information comes with another company name that is not yours, they don't care if they send it to you that way. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia que he tenido con contabilidad. Llevo 6 horas intentando comunicarme con mi contador o algun contador (ya que los cambian cada semana practicamente) y por telefono nadie me ha contestado, por correo solamente me dicen que han recibido mi solicitud y por chat me dicen lo mismo. No hay forma de poder tener contacto cuando realmente se necesita. Una verdadera pena que exista tanta desorganizacion en una plataforma donde la idea es buena pero la ejecucion es realmente mala. Sin duda no los recomiendo.
The worst experience I've ever had with accounting. I have been trying to communicate with my accountant or some accountant for 6 hours (since they change practically every week) and nobody has answered me by phone, by mail they only tell me that they have received my request and by chat they tell me the same thing. There is no way to be able to have contact when it is really needed. A real shame that there is so much disorganization on a platform where the idea is good but the execution is really bad. I definitely don't recommend them.

Tampoco puedes eliminar tu tarjeta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es el ejemplo perfecto de un gran producto con un pésimo PÉSIMO Servicio al cliente. Cuando te lo venden todo suena maravilloso, tu primera declaración o factura con ellos te va a encantar. Pero una vez que te enganchan en la suscripción no te van a hacer caso, literalmente. No funciona su plataforma, la atención al cliente es INCREIBLEMENTE mala, No son profesionales. Ya voy para un año con ellos, queria darles la oportunidad pero ya no más.
This is the perfect example of a great product with AWFUL Customer Service. When they sell everything to you it sounds wonderful, you will love your first statement or invoice with them. But once you get hooked on the subscription, they will literally ignore you. Their platform doesn't work, their customer service is INCREDIBLY bad, they're not professional. I'm going for a year with them, I wanted to give them the opportunity but not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor plataforma de contabilidad. ¡Ha tenido problemas en toooodoo! Pagué un dineral con ellos para que me regularizaran, y llevo ya más de mes y medio sin solución en mis últimas declaraciones. Nadie contesta los correos, en el teléfono esperas más de media hora para que después se corte la llamada. Me dicen que le van a dar prioridad al caso y me dan fechas que no cumplen. No me dan acceso a la plataforma porque por las deficiencias en el servicio no quise seguir pagando, pero la regularización sí se pagó, y aún así cuando llamo me dicen que ¡¡no me pueden dar el servicio porque estoy como inactiva!! Llevo dos meses sin recibir pagos en mi trabajo porque no puedo entregar mi opinión del cumplimiento positiva debido a su terrible servicio al cliente. Antes de saber del pésimo servicio, yo había pedido que me domiciliaran los pagos, pero no lo hicieron y hasta llamadas de cobranza recibí.
NO LOS CONTRATEN. ES EL PEOR SERVICIO A CLIENTE. Si quieren seguridad de tener su contabilidad en tiempo y forma, ENCONTA NOOOO ES LA OPCIÓN.

I haven't been paid for two months at my job because I can't give my positive performance review due to your terrible customer service. Before knowing about the terrible service, I had asked for my payments to be debited, but they did not and I even received collection calls.
DO NOT HIRE THEM. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want the security of having your accounting in a timely manner, ENCONTA NOOOO IS THE OPTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una auténtica BASURA de servicio. En picada terrible. Gerentes y empleados saliéndose me han compartido la situación. No hay respuesta por correo, chat ni teléfono. Empresa colapsada. Nunca enviaron mi línea de pago BIM I -2022. Ahora pagaré recargos a Hacienda y me voy con otros contadores. ¡FATAL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio! ??? Ya no contestan correos, mensajes ni teléfono. Siguen cobrando puntualmente, llevan 6 meses de retraso en mis declaraciones y ya me cobraron!… Empezaron muy bien! Pero desde hace un año el servicio se fue en picada, NADA recomendable! Una verdadera ESTAFA !
