Le tomó dos días y cuatro llamadas telefónicas para obtener una respuesta sobre un medicamento recetado. No es muy efectivo. I chose this doctor based on previous reviews. Basically the visit and follow-up was a waste of time. . It took two days and four phone calls to get a response about a prescription drug. It is not very effective.

La consulta fue sin que el Doctor tuviera un trato humanitario, sin embargo seguí la dosis que me indicó de levotiroxina y mi TSH bajó10 veces por debajo de los parámetros normales, me asusté mucho.Ya fui con otro endocrinólogo. Espero que los daños causados sean reversibles. No soy conejillo de indias Doctor, tengo familia que depende de que yo esté bien de salud. Así que por este medio solicito me devuelva no solo los $800 que gasté en una consulta que además de inútil han empeorado mi salud si no que también me indemnice por los daños causados. No recomiendo a este Endocrinólogo. Y la secretaria una grosera. Desgraciadamente no leí sus reseñas antes de acudir. The consultation was without the Doctor having a humane treatment, however I followed the dose of levothyroxine that he indicated and my TSH dropped 10 times below normal parameters, I was very scared. I already went to another endocrinologist. I hope the damage caused is reversible. I am not a guinea pig Doctor, I have a family that depends on my being in good health. So by this means I request that you return not only the $800 I spent on a consultation that, in addition to being useless, has worsened my health, but that you also compensate me for the damage caused. I do not recommend this Endocrinologist. And the secretary is rude. Unfortunately I didn't read your reviews before going.

He actually helped me to understand some things that i was likely doing wrong in regards to dosing my thyroid meds. He is fluently bilingual having studied in Texas and he is open to any rational dialogue on treatment. My wife and I were very impressed and we do not blindly follow directions from physicians. Dr. Antonio would be my first and only recommendation for an Endocrinologist in the Merida area. Great guy.
