Endohospital - 26010 Piedras Negras

I had one of the best experiences of my life in Mexico at the Endohospital. I had surgery July 23 of this year. I'm down 30 lbs so far in a little over 1 month. I can't say enough good things about Endohospital, Dr A, and his staff. This place was by far the most Beautiful and cleanest hospitals I have ever been in. You could literally see yourself in the floors. And, the moment you walk in the door you are made feel welcome by everyone. There was not one person there that was ever rude or inconsiderate. Everyone treats you like family. Dr, A truly has the best staff EVER. Dr, A changed my life and I can't thank him enough for helping me. I'm so proud of my new sleeve and proud of myself for taking this chance and actually going all the way with it. In 2012, I had my son, Hunter on September 19....4 days later I had a massive heart attack at the age of 31. The front artery of my heart literally exploded while giving birth to my son. I underwent a 6 hour double bypass open heart surgery to repair it. A few months after that I started gaining weight. 9 years later (2021) I was at my highest weight EVER! I was so afraid that the weight would cause me to have another heart attack. So, I heard about Dr A and after corresponding with his coordinator, Brandi for a while, I decided to JUST DO IT! I only wish I would've done it years ago. Thank you Dr, A!! You are absolutely amazing!!

Dr. Alvarez and his whole team are truly phenomenal. The whole experience greatly exceeded my expectations. Dr. A's patient coordinator, Brandi, really helped me with all my questions and concerns from the very first moment I inquired about the gastric sleeve surgery. Honestly if it had not been for her I don't think I would have made that trip across the border into Mexico for the surgery. And oh am I so glad I did. Dr. A is so caring, you can tell he really cares about his patients. His nurses and staff all have that same caring attitude. I feel the treatment and care far exceeded what I've ever seen here in the US. They are truly "changing lives one sleeve at a time". Thank you from the bottom of my heart! <3 -Diana

Dr. A, his medical team and staff are all truly amazing!! My entire experience exceeded every expectation I had! From being picked up in San Antonio, the drive over, check in, hospital tour, surgery & recovery!! It was all amazing! The hospital is beautiful, the hotel floor is cozy and comfortable! They day of surgery went great, I was super comfortable. I received better care from Dr. A and his team than I've ever received anywhere! My only regret is not finding Dr.A sooner. Thank you for helping me change and get my life back!

There is nothing negative to say about my experience with Dr. Alvarez. He was very professional and his while staff was more than accommodating. All the staff is bilingual and they are super nice. If you have any questions after you are dismissed you can always email Dr.. Alvarez and he will respond as soon as he is able to.. They definitely deserve their 5 star rating. I will recommend them to anyone looking to get their sleeve done here.

Best surgical experience I've ever had. The hospital was the cleanest I have ever been to. Dr. A and his staff were attentive and treated everyone like family. There was nothing I needed that I didn't get. Everyone was friendly, fully bilingual, and very accommodating for my needs. My companion was treated just as well as I was. This place would be your first choice in VSG surgery! Dr. Alvarez and his team are absolutely amazing!

This hospital is amazing! The Doctors, nurses and staff provide excellent service in making sure all your needs are met. You won’t have to worry about a thing, they handle everything for you. Dr. Alvarez is truly a gift from God. He treats every patient like you are family. You will be given the best care and support than you can imagine. My husband and I are already looking at other services such as dental, just so we can come back! Best decision I have ever made for myself and Dr A, is the one that makes those dreams happen!
