★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están muy limpias, me sentí segura aun a pesar de la pandemia, pero lo mas importante para mi es el Dr. Miguel Angel Rosado Martínez, es una persona muy profesional, siempre me dijo estoy a sus ordenes las 24 hrs del día para cualquier cosa que se me ofrezca y eso me hizo sentir muy bien, sabia que contaba con el cualquier momento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
The facilities are very clean, I felt safe even despite the pandemic, but the most important thing for me is Dr. Miguel Angel Rosado Martínez, he is a very professional person, he always told me I am at your service 24 hours a day to anything that is offered to me and that made me feel very good, I knew that I was counting on any moment. I highly recommend it.

Se me hace el servicio al cliente mas malo en todo Merida.
Hay otro lugar para endoscopia en Merida, no vayan a este!
It took me two hours to be treated and they only told me "sorry, there are people who take a long time."
It makes me the worst customer service in all of Merida.
There is another place for endoscopy in Merida, don't go to this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen respeto por el tiempo del paciente, de la hr de tu cita puede ser te atiendan hasta 3 o 4 hrs despues,así que ya lo sabe.
They have no respect for the patient's time, from the hour of your appointment they can see you up to 3 or 4 hours later, so you already know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im from texas. I Had an endoscopy here January 2020: whole visit lasted about an hour, and was very comfortable. very clean clinic, professional staff, very affordable. doctor and assistant spoke english . Highly recommended!
