★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen cero nivel de servicio al Cliente. 2 días solicitando cotización de unos cargadores para un Hotel muy importante en Cancún. Nunca les llegó mi correo. Pedí incluso si era mucho problema entonces que me enviaran la información vía Whats app. Tampoco se pudo. Pésimo, pésimo servicio del Sr. Rolando Rojas, cuando le pedí que me enviaran a mi "correo personal" la información ya que mis correos no les estaba llegando sin embargo me dio un rotundo "No". que tenía que ser "correo de empresa" cosa que nunca les pudo llegar el mío a pesar de que les escribí a 3 de sus correos diferentes. Finalmente me dijo que buscara los Cargadores en otro lado ya que no me iba a vender. Claro que lo hice y sí hay en existencia y con mejor precio en Guanajuato. Con razón sus redes sociales muertas. Pérdida de tiempo absoluto.
They have zero level of customer service. 2 days requesting a quote from some chargers for a very important hotel in Cancun. They never got my mail. I asked even if it was a lot of trouble then that they send me the information via Whats app. It couldn't either. Terrible, terrible service from Mr. Rolando Rojas, when I asked him to send the information to my "personal email" since my emails were not reaching them, however, he gave me a resounding "No". that it had to be "company email" and mine could never reach them despite the fact that I wrote to 3 of their different emails. He finally told me to look elsewhere for the Chargers since he wasn't going to sell me. Of course I did and yes there is in existence and with a better price in Guanajuato. No wonder their dead social networks. Absolute waste of time.
