Después hicieron una instalación eléctrica en un taller con especificaciones para unas máquinas, y lo dejaron mal - no daba el voltaje ni las capacidades para las maquinas previamente mencionadas, al pedirles garantía de la instalación solo dieron largas y largas que porque no tenían personal disponible. Hasta el punto donde me comentaron que mejor contratáramos a alguien mas para arreglarlo y que ellos absorberían el costo que se generara. Al momento de pasarles la factura no quisieron pagarla, negociamos que por lo menos pagaran el 50%, y hasta la fecha no han pagado... van casi 3 meses... y siguen dando largas y excusas. NO RECOMENDABLE __________ (1/3/22) Después de la reseña de arriba la dirección de EAlterna se comunico con nosotros y se involucro para resolver el problema. Se disculparon, pagaron la factura al 100% y nos hicieron válida la garantía de 3 luminarias que se fundieron (ahora ya se fundió otra). El ingeniero que nos asignaron para seguimiento y atención es muy atento y da buen servicio. Al parecer la persona que inicialmente nos atendió ya no esta con ellos afortunadamente. Agradezco el interés por resolver el problema y corregir los errores cometidos. (09/28/21) AWFUL - They did a lighting installation in an industrial warehouse, which turned out fine, but they left all their garbage behind. Later they made an electrical installation in a workshop with specifications for some machines, and they left it wrong - it did not give the voltage or the capacities for the previously mentioned machines, when asking them for a guarantee of the installation they only gave long and long because they did not have personnel available. To the point where they told me that we better hire someone else to fix it and that they would absorb the cost that was generated. When we passed the bill to them, they didn't want to pay it, we negotiated that they would pay at least 50%, and to date they haven't paid... it's been almost 3 months... and they keep making long excuses. NOT RECOMMENDABLE __________ (3/1/22) After the above review, EAlterna management contacted us and got involved to resolve the issue. They apologized, paid the bill 100% and made us valid the guarantee of 3 luminaires that burned out (now another one has burnt out). The engineer assigned to us for follow-up and attention is very attentive and provides good service. Apparently the person who initially attended us is no longer with them fortunately. I appreciate the interest in solving the problem and correcting the mistakes made.
