★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 31 de enero cargue 20kg por $410, como te ayudan a bajar el cilindro y subirlo a tu vehículo no te puedes percatar de que te dan menos gas de lo que pagaste, son personas amables pero al menos yo ya no regresaré, solo me dieron 3/4 del tanque

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy enero 19 del 2022 fui a recargar un tanque de gas LP de 10 kg. Pague en caja y lo rellenaron, pero al cargarlo para subirlo a mi automovil, senti el tanque mas liviano de lo regular. Le comente al despachador y me dijo que se llenaban los tanques por sistema automatizado y si gustaba podia ir a oficinas a quejarme, fui y la encargada Claudia me dijo que en efecto los tanques se llenaban por un nuevo sistema automatizado y no habia error en el llenado. Le explique que cheque el peso con una bascula de control de peso corporal y faltaban kilos. Me dijeron que esas basculas no eran confiables para los tanques de gas LP y me dijo que si no estaba de acuerdo me fuera a otro lado a surtir gas. Me ofrecio checar el peso con las basculas de ellos y en efecto faltaban 3 kilogramos de gas.
El sistema se roba gas y la encargada es altanera y prepotente.
Los demas empleados por su parte se portaron muy amables al atender mi queja.
Today January 19, 2022 I went to recharge a 10 kg LP gas tank. I paid at the register and they filled it up, but when loading it to put it in my car, the tank felt lighter than usual. I told the dispatcher and he told me that the tanks were filled by an automated system and if I wanted I could go to the offices to complain, I went and the manager Claudia told me that in effect the tanks were filled by a new automated system and there was no error in the fill. I explained that I checked the weight with a body weight control scale and kilos were missing. They told me that these scales were not reliable for LP gas tanks and told me that if I did not agree, I should go elsewhere to get gas. He offered to check my weight with their scales and in fact 3 kilograms of gas were missing.
The system steals gas and the person in charge is haughty and arrogant.
The other employees, for their part, were very kind when dealing with my complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia 19 de enero del 2022 fui a cargar gas lp de un tanque de 10 kgs y al subirlo al carro note que se sentia muy ligero el tanque y efectivamente en mi casa lo pese el tanque y me faltaba 3 kgs. Reclame pero la encargada fue muy altanera y prrpotente llamada Claudia. No surtan porque roban kilos .
On January 19, 2022 I went to load LP gas from a 10 kg tank and when I put it in the car I noticed that the tank felt very light and indeed in my house the tank weighed it and I was missing 3 kg. I complained but the person in charge was very haughty and pushy called Claudia. Don't supply because they steal kilos.
