A	Ale balderas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El proceso administrativo se finalizó desde el pasado mes de julio de 2020 y no han realizado las gestiones suficientes para que sea cambiado el medidor llevo 3 meses intentando conocer sobre el avance, sin resultado alguno, peor aún, con el paso de los meses han dejado de contestar mis mensajes. Existe mucha negligencia en el equipo de ventas y post venta, toda vez que ni ellos saben el estado de los procesos, he estado solicitando un documento que avale que administrativamente se llevaron a cabo las gestiones necesarias para que CFE se haga cargo y un mes después siguen sin poder entregármela o un folio donde se indique el estado actual de mi medidor. Lamentable, una gran decepción. The administrative process was completed since last July 2020 and they have not taken sufficient steps to change the meter. I have been trying for 3 months to know about the progress, without any results, worse still, with the passage of months they have stopped to answer my messages. Hoy estoy muy contento porque mi recibo se redujo en 90% contra lo que pagaba anteriormente. Los recomiendo ampliamente, son muy profesionales, tienen dif. Departamentos dnd cada uno juega un rol y hacen su trabajo como las grandes ligas. Los precios son promedio, y vale cada peso que inviertes, por último al seleccionar a su proveedor recuerden que en el mercado hay mucho instalador amateur que te puede vender “espejitos”. Saludos!
