★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va de mal en peor! Empezó siendo un muy buen lugar para practicar deporte, ahora constantemente faltan mancuernas y algunos aparatos están bastante descuidados. Incluso dejaron de validar el boleto de estacionamiento, definitivamente me voy a otro gimnasio en cuanto termine mi membresía

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mantenimiento del equipo es muy malo, hay usuarios que no usan cubrebocas y los entrenadores no los corrigen, no están dando cortesías para estacionamiento y no contestan los correos en el corporativo. No hay toallas para limpiar el equipo.

Comenzó desde que ya no validan boleto, no hay toallitas, secadoras descompuestas, algunos aparatos les faltan pzas, el vapor ya quema y ahorita ya quitaron el costal de box

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El área de las regaderas están en mal estado, jaboneras rotas, plafón sucio, las cebollas rotas, mamparas flojas, algunos lockers no les funciona la llave, hay pocas pesas de 10, 15 y 20 kg... ya casi no hay clases; hay horarios saturados pero en general esta aceptable.

La calidad del servicio en el lugar va en caída libre.
Prometieron pago de $10 en el estacionamiento y ya no existe esta condición. Cuando se lo hice ver al personal de recepción dijeron "eso no esta en el contrato", y es cierto. Solo lo dijeron en forma personal y de palabra. Entonces la palabra de esta compañía no vale nada??
Tardaron más de un mes en arreglar una puerta. La del vapor . NO HAY INTERÉS POR DAR UN BUEN SERVICIO.
Hace ya más de un mes que el jacuzzi no funciona. Y no se ve para cuando. NO HAY INTERÉS DE DAR UN BUEN SERVICIO.
Casi todo el personal de ahí es déspota y sin actitud de servicio. Si no están agusto ahí, creo deberían hacer algo por su bien propio.
Quitaron el reloj de la alberca.
El reloj de los vestidores no funciona.
Y así sigue una larga lista.
Realmente es una lástima porque el lugar es bonito.
A mi me queda a unos minutos de casa y por eso sigo aquí. Ojalá y puedan mejorar pronto, lo deseo y sugiero con sinceridad.

The quality of service in the place is in free fall.
They promised to pay $10 in parking and this condition no longer exists. When I brought it up to the reception staff they said "that's not in the contract", and it's true. They only said it personally and verbally. So the word of this company is worth nothing?
It took over a month to fix one door. The steam one. THERE IS NO INTEREST IN GIVING A GOOD SERVICE.
It's been over a month since the hot tub hasn't worked. And it is not seen when. THERE IS NO INTEREST IN GIVING A GOOD SERVICE.
Almost all the staff there is despotic and without a service attitude. If they are not comfortable there, I think they should do something for their own good.
They removed the clock from the pool.
The locker room clock doesn't work.
And so it goes on a long list.
It really is a shame because the place is nice.
It's a few minutes from home for me and that's why I'm still here. Hopefully they can improve soon, I wish it and I sincerely suggest it.
