E	Elena Ochoa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo esta empresa, tenemos años que pagamos y aun no se completa la instalación completa por "falta de gestor" cuando ellos dicen que se hacen cargo de tramites y al final no lo hacen. Poco a poco se fué complicando el caso ya que nuestro negocio tenia situaciones con CFE que ni nosotros conociamos, tardaron meses en resolver dichas situaciones y ellos poco a poco fueron dejando de apoyarnos hasta definitivamente decirnos que ya no nos ayudarían con los tramites justo cuando es nuestra temporada alta y no podemos ir, pésimo servicio, es mejor que busquen otras opciones. ACTUALIZADO DESPUES DE LA RESPUESTA DEL PROPIETARIO. lo que escribes es mentira, en Febrero del 2019 no habia nada ilicito como lo mencionas y a nosotros no nos habia llegado el recibo de ese mes y solo habia ese adeudo del mes con CFE y se les notificó que se realizo el pago y fué cuando dejaron de darle seguimiento, NO PAGUEN EN EFECTIVO CON ESTA COMPAÑIA, lamentablemente faltó bastante comunicacion, organizacion y atención al cliente por lo que para nuestra siguiente adquisición de paneles, será con otra empresa. Como nota, me acaban de bloquear en el whatsapp cuando les solicité copia del contrato, ahí se refleja la falta de profesionalismo por parte de ustedes. Hay que estar arriandolos para que te den el servicio. Panels very good. Technology is good. The service is quite definitely. They are not organized, things happen to them. You have to be hauling them down for them to give you the service.

Muy desorganizados, se les olvida que te están dando servicio y en lugar de asumir que se les pasó te inventan mentiras. Llevo ya días esperando a ver cuándo encienden el equipo. Bad service, very fast everything as long as you have to charge, then they don't even answer the messages. Very disorganized, they forget that they are giving you service and instead of assuming that they missed it, they invent lies. I've been waiting for days to see when they turn on the equipment.
