Es uno de.los gimnasios más antiguos que recuerdo y pensé que iba a estar algo viejo y descuidado, vaya sorpresa que me llevé, ya que a pesar de que los aparatos no son los más actuales están en buenas condiciones para su uso también cabe mencionar que la limpieza es muy buena en todo momento había un joven aseando el lugar y el equipo.
Tienen diversidad de máquinas tanto para entrenamiento del tren superior como entrenamiento del tren inferior algo que me sorprendió fue qué es el único gimnasio en el que he visto discos de 1 kg. Y aunque parecieran innecesarios; cuando hablamos de cargas extremadamente altas discos de ese peso hacen una gran diferencia.
Algo que puede tener en contra es que la zona de mancuernas está muy desordenada y no están numeradas, los pesos están muy espaciados lo que podría ser una limitante al realizar cargas progresivas. De ahí en fuera nos pareció un buen gimnasio cuidado y muy limpio.
En cuestión de precios desconocemos ya que un amigo nos invitó y pago las visitas ?
Vale la pena conocerlo y tener una sesión de entrenamiento ahí. ??
