★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente ejercicio y exelentes instructores muy comprometidos con el ejercicio muy higiénico el lugar y las rutinas muy estratégicas para lo que quedes súper tonificada, esos si ahí vas a hacer ejercicio no a perder el tiempo,en ocasiones me recuerda a cuando estube en la prepa jajaja, la verdad ya no puedo dejar de ir me divierto mucho haciendo ejercicio.
