Pedí reembolso que ellos dicen que hicieron pero que hasta la fecha no aparece en mi tarjeta. Al día de hoy nadie responde correos, sus líneas están desconectadas y nadie contesta por whats app, deja mucho que desear su control de stock y atención al cliente
I made an online purchase through their page in May, they did not send me a guide number and I called and they said they were sorry but they did not have the product and they did not know when it would arrive. I asked for a refund that they say they did, but to date it does not appear on my card. To this day nobody answers emails, their lines are disconnected and nobody answers by whats app, their stock control and customer service leaves much to be desired
