★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal, no lo recomiendo por lo siguiente:
Las enfermeras que mandan no tienen la experiencia para cuidar a ancianos,
NO hacen las cosas de cuidado que se les piden, dejan a la persona sin bañar ni cortar uñas ni otras cosas que se les pidió que hicieran
Eso sí piden que se les pague por adelantado todo el servicio.
Además supuestamente tienen servicios de cuidadoras y enfermeras y resulta que nunca tienen cuidadoras.
No los volvería a contratar ni recomiendo, ya aprendimos con esta experiencia a buscar más opciones y contratar la que se adapte a nuestras necesidades y a exigir a que cumplan con el servicio que ofrecen.
Super bad, I do not recommend it for the following:
The nurses who send do not have the experience to care for the elderly,
They DO NOT do the things of care that they are asked for, they leave the person without bathing or cutting nails or other things that they were asked to do
They do ask that all service be paid in advance.
In addition they supposedly have caregivers and nurses services and it turns out they never have caregivers.
I would not hire or recommend them again, we learned with this experience to look for more options and hire the one that suits our needs and demand that they comply with the service they offer.
