Mi hijo se estrelló contra un vidrio el 23 de diciembre y se cortó su mejilla, me lo cosieron en urgencias pero la verdad es que no me quedé tranquila con la forma en la que estaba viendo su herida apesar de los cuidados que tuve con él, así que me recomendaron llevarlo con la enfermera Josefina, pensé que por ser 25 de diciembre no nos atendería, pero cuál fue mi sorpresa que además de atendernos, lo hizo de una manera super amable y paciente con el niño, y empática conmigo como mamá.
La tranquiludad que me dió al revisarlo y darle su tratamiento era lo que necesitábamos, mi hijo salió de la consulta con un mejor tratamiento y yo mucho más tranquila por su profesionalismo y empatia.
Muchísimas gracias Josefina!

My experience with the nurse Josefina Nanclares Molina was excellent.
My son crashed into a glass on December 23 and cut his cheek, I was sewn in an emergency but the truth is that I was not calm with the way I was seeing his wound despite the care I had with him, so they recommended me to take him with the nurse Josefina, I thought that because it was December 25, he would not attend us, but what was my surprise that in addition to attending us, he did it in a very kind and patient way with the child, and empathic with me as a mother.
The peace of mind he gave me when I checked him and gave him his treatment was what we needed, my son left the office with a better treatment and I was much calmer for his professionalism and empathy.
Thank you very much Josefina!

Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time (My first time at Enfermería a tu Casa) was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the Josefina and all the other nurses of Enfermería a tu Casa , Care made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and am unable to see my own nurse. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also.
