★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacte a esta empresa para lavado de alfombra y nos brindaron un pésimo servicio, impuntuales, tienes que tener toda la disponibilidad de tiempo ya que no llegaron ni una hora después de lo acordado para finalmente decir que no podrían llegar por accidente de tráfico, bastante informales además con prepotencia por parte de su personal.
Contact this company for carpet washing and they gave us a terrible service, late, you have to have all the time availability since they did not arrive even an hour after the agreed upon to finally say that they could not arrive due to a traffic accident, quite informal also with arrogance on the part of his staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALÉJENSE de este servicio. Son unos estafadores. No arreglan, sino descomponen sus tapetes. Se llevaron un tapete casi muevo mío para lavar y lo dejaron roto, deshilado y sucio.
No se responsabilizaron. Hicieron unos “arreglos” que quedaron peor y se niegan a reponer los daños. Repito, ALÉJENSE. NO LOS CONTRATEN.
STAY AWAY from this service. They are scammers. They don't fix, they break down their rugs. They took an almost new rug of mine to wash and left it torn, frayed and dirty.
They did not take responsibility. They made some "fixes" that were worse and they refuse to repair the damage. I repeat, STAY AWAY. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había leído por ahí que hacían un trabajo excelente, pero la puntualidad era su área de oportunidad, por eso solicité mi lavado de sala en mi día de descanso para tener todo el tiempo del mundo.
Si bien es cierto que llegaron 3 horas después de lo que acordaron, también es cierto que hicieron un trabajo excepcional.
Mi sala estaba horrible, con 3 perritos en casa, había vómito seco y aroma a pipí.
Nada de esto fue un obstáculo para sus líquidos limpiadores, su aspiradora y su vaporcito.
La sala terminó impecable y oliendo a ropa de lavandería.
Luego del lavado es importante dejarlo secar unas 4 o 5 horas.
Recomiendo ampliamente sus maravillosos servicios, sólo que tengamos contemplado que debido a su trabajo, van a demorar más de lo que pensamos, y hay que dejar secar unas horas, para eventos urgentes, no lo recomiendo, pero uno o dos días antes, creo que es excelente.
Sin duda volveré a lavar mi sala con ellos.
Ah, por cierto, sus precios son justos para el maravilloso trabajo que realizan y son personas muy amables y atentas. Espero que tengan muchísimo trabajo y prosperidad este año ?
I had read somewhere that they did an excellent job, but punctuality was their area of opportunity, that's why I requested my room cleaning on my day off to have all the time in the world.
While it is true that they arrived 3 hours later than agreed, it is also true that they did an exceptional job.
My living room was horrible, with 3 puppies at home, there was dry vomit and a smell of pee.
None of this was a hindrance to his cleaning fluids, his vacuum cleaner and his little steamer.
The room ended up spotless and smelling like laundry.
After washing it is important to let it dry for 4 or 5 hours.
I highly recommend their wonderful services, only that we have contemplated that due to their work, they will take longer than we think, and we have to let them dry for a few hours, for urgent events, I do not recommend it, but one or two days before, I think that it's excellent.
I will definitely wash my living room with them again.
Oh, by the way, their prices are fair for the wonderful work they do and they are very kind and attentive people. I hope you have a lot of work and prosperity this year ?
