★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegaron tarde y sin todo el equipo necesario por lo que tardaron más en ir por el. Dejaron un pésimo trabajo dejando las marcas del disco de pulido en la mesa. Solo no les doy 0 porque no se puede.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALÉJENSE de este servicio. Son unos estafadores. No arreglan, sino descomponen sus tapetes. Se llevaron un tapete casi muevo mío para lavar y lo dejaron roto, deshilado y sucio.
No se responsabilizaron. Hicieron unos “arreglos” que quedaron peor y se niegan a reponer los daños. Repito, ALÉJENSE. NO LOS CONTRATEN.
STAY AWAY from this service. They are scammers. They don't fix, they break down their rugs. They took an almost new rug of mine to wash and left it torn, frayed and dirty.
They did not take responsibility. They made some "fixes" that were worse and they refuse to repair the damage. I repeat, STAY AWAY. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de la limpieza me gustó mucho así como la atención del personal, muy recomendables.
El único pero fue la puntualidad pues me programaron un día, luego se reprogramó para ese día y al final me dijeron que no sería posible presentarse y se reprogramó al día siguiente, pero por esa situación me dieron un extra para compensar el incumplimiento del día.
Así, fuera de ese incidente, la verdad es que son muy recomendables, con precios razonables y sin duda volvería a utilizar su servicio.
I liked the quality of the cleaning very much as well as the attention of the staff, highly recommended.
The only but was the punctuality because they scheduled me one day, then it was rescheduled for that day and in the end they told me that it would not be possible to show up and it was rescheduled the next day, but for that situation they gave me an extra to compensate for the non-compliance of the day.
So aside from that incident, they are highly recommended, reasonably priced and I would definitely use their service again.
