★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un poco oculto el lugar pero buen servicio, su 01800 no es confiable para asuntos de cobros etc. Mejor acudir a las oficinas locales, el personal es eficiente y amable.
The place is a bit hidden but good service, their 01800 is not reliable for collection matters etc. Better to go to the local offices, the staff are efficient and friendly.

No cuentan con un sistema que refleje los pagos al momento, tienes que andar llamando.
Personal ineficiente y su call center no tiene manera de resolver problemas con tanta gente, siempre está saturado y su horario de atención no cumple la demanda.

Super quiet and empty reception. When I went I was seen right away. Have your paper bill ready. They accept debit, credit cards and efectivo ( cash)
