La señorita según decía que había pagado 198.00 y me los habían regresado. Pero eso es mentira y me dijo que tenía que pagar y tuve que pagar junio y julio una vez que pague volví a llamar y dijo otra señorita que no me iban a cobrar reconexión porque había sido problema de ellos. Su proceso no es transparente, y cobran lo que quieren en la instalación y no te dan comprobante ni factura.
Entre el vendedor y el instalador nos robaron, hasta la fecha no tenemos ticket ni comprobante de nada. Exagerado
