★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unas ratas, cobran lo que se les da la gana, mucha diferencia de un mes a otro aunque sea el mismo consumo. Sería bueno cambiar a un calentador solar y hornos eléctricos.
 They are rats, they charge what they want, a lot of difference from one month to another even if it is the same consumption. It would be nice to switch to a solar heater and electric ovens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio cortan el gas cuando hay un atraso mínimo de 2 días de cantidades de burla $110 para ser exacta y la reconeccion te la cobran a 200 sin mencionar el pésimo servicio al cliente en sus números Telefónicos nunca atienden la reconeccion la sigo esperando ya es una semana y ellos bien frescos..
Si tienen la oportunidad no contraten..
Terrible service they cut off the gas when there is a minimum delay of 2 days of ridiculous amounts $110 to be exact and the reconnection is charged at 200 without mentioning the terrible customer service in their telephone numbers they never answer the reconnection I keep waiting for it it is already a week and they are very fresh..
If you get the chance, don't hire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo empresa, me cortaron mi servicio de gas, trato de hablar a sus numeros de contacto para restablecer y no contesta nadie, si noy personal para contactar no deberían quitar esos numeros, honestamente estoy muy insatisfecho con está empresa.
Terrible company, they cut off my gas service, I try to speak to their contact numbers to restore and no one answers, if I do not have staff to contact they should not remove those numbers, honestly I am very dissatisfied with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención. El teléfono no contestan, y si contestan lo hacen de malas y no logran dar solución. Para la reconexión te dicen que de 24 a 48 horas, lo cual puede traducirse a 2 semanas

Los lineamientos de atención y operación son deficientes y el personal es incompetente para dar solución a los problemas, desde la parte operativa hasta supervisores, nadie es capaz de hacerse responsable para dar solución. En mi caso ni siquiera pudieron concluir un proceso de contratación en una zona en la que ya dan el servicio.
Terrible service. The care and operation guidelines are deficient and the staff is incompetent to solve problems, from the operational part to supervisors, nobody is capable of taking responsibility for solving. In my case, they were not even able to conclude a contracting process in an area where they already provide the service.
